Integration of self-checkouts and self-service kiosks with Lunch Card

We have integrated our Smartix software for self-service checkouts, kiosks and electronic cashiers with Lunch Card corporate catering management service from Yandex Food.

Restaurants, cafes, fast food establishments, takeaway food outlets, minimarkets and other catering establishments using Smartix self-service devices now support the corporate meal compensation system Lunch Card as an additional payment tool.

How the system works

The Lunch Card offers employees payment for meals using QR code, which is presented to the scanner of self-service kiosk or self-checkout to debit the payment. Our interface now includes payment button for the Lunch Card service. The QR code is available in the Yandex Food mobile application.

The employee’s balance is linked to a corporate account, which is replenished by the company. The employer sets limits and available days for payment. If the daily balance is not enough, employee can add bank card to the Yandex Food application to additionally pay the exceeded limit.
