One of the most famous swimming pool complexes in Moscow, the Chayka thermal pool, decided to install self-service kiosk to automate sale of subscriptions and payment acceptance. The sports and recreation complex in center of the capital includes 3 heated outdoor swimming pools, open all year round, gym, workout area, summer beach area, as well as various sports and health group classes.
“Chayka” is a premium complex with large number of visitors of the appropriate level. To provide the required service when implementing self-service system, Smartix offered to launch the latest version of software for fitness clubs of own design. The equipment chosen was the premium Q-50 kiosk with 32″ screen diagonal in a “frameless” design — the entire front area of the kiosk is equipped by a bright touch display. After signing the agreement and registering in the club system, client receives membership club card. Subsequently kiosk is used to independently make payments for its receipt, renewal and management of services.
For clients who do not wish to register and authorize, one-time access to services without authorization is possible. It is also possible to organize one-time free trial classes.
